A – FORM 2 – MARCHING BAND CRITICISM SHEETS
- FORM 2s are prepared via the “ONLINE ENTRY” procedure and will be printed by the executive secretary.
B – WHAT TO SEND: MARCHING ENTRY
- SEND ONE COPY FORM 1 – List the entire “eligible” membership of the competing parent organization in alphabetical order. This form must be in the hands of the CONTEST CHAIRMAN prior to your students’ performance. It is not necessary to fax this form with your other forms and fees. This form MAY be sent with the invoice.
- (Forms to be sent can be SCANNED and sent as email attachment OR mailed with invoice and fees.)
- SEND ONE COPY STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
- SEND ONE COPY ANNOUNCER’S SCRIPTS (*.pdf fillable)
- SEND ONE COPY INVOICE with FEES ATTACHED
- You must have submitted (to the state music office) the Marching Band Educational Use Video Agreement if you plan to video tape your contest performance. Please remind your parents that they will not be permitted in the press box or judges’ area to video. There will be NO exceptions! Filming must be done from the “porch” area.
